Opening times:-

Monday - 3pm - 6.30pm; Tues-4pm - 9pm; Wed - 11.30 - 3.30pm(men only); Thurs - 5pm - 9pm; Fri - 10.30 - 2.30pm(women only)

In addition Guide-Line, our mental health information and support line, is open noon-9pm every day. Guide-Line is now also accessible via email on alex@mindinbradford.org.uk

We also also have an outreach Health and Wellbeing service offering a wide variety of activities. For details contact Janette on 01274 730815.
