Updating entries

How do I edit my entry?

If you are an admin contact for an organisation, location or service on DIVA you can log in and edit them.  More information is available on the help pages of DIVA.

For security, only admin contacts can edit organisation, location or service pages on DIVA.  To become an admin contact (or check who the admin contact is for your group) please contact DIVA.

Things to check include:

  • Public contact details (displayed on the directory)
  • Admin contact details (not displayed online, but used by DIVA for administration purposes)
  • Description of activities
  • Venue
  • Images (We can include your logo and/or a photo on your entry.  Send us a link to them online, or send as an attachment)
  • Videos (if you have any videos online, we can embed these in your entry)
  • Twitter / Facebook (If your group uses social media, let us know and we will link to it)

Will I be reminded to check my records?


If you are an admin contact for an organisation, location or service then once its admin date is over 12 months old you will get an email reminding you to login and update things. 

Even if nothing needs changing, please contact us and let us know so we can update the admin date - this will stop any reminder emails and let people looking at the record know that the information is still up to date.

I have seen something that needs updating. What should I do?

If you see something that you know is out of date or inaccurate, we would like to hear from you - please contact us.
