Jane Tomlinson Appeal, children or cancer-related grants £250-£10k, deadline 4 September 2017 8 August 2017 Grants are available to voluntary organisations that are registered charities based or operating in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Lancashire or Nottinghamshire for projects that focus on children's or cancer related activities, services or operations. Grants range from £250 to £10,000. The funding will normally be considered for capital and revenue costs for both specific projects and for general running/core costs How the funding could be used (examples only): Capital building, renovation, refurbishment works for residential, nursing, respite care and schools. Play schemes and play therapy schemes. Day and social activity centres including building costs and running costs. Support for families, including respite schemes. Independent living schemes. Support in the community schemes. Advocacy projects. Research (cancer or children related illness).
