The Visits Booking Worker role is 30 hours per week

The Jigsaw Visitors’ Centre provides support for families and children visiting Full Sutton Prison. We are looking to appoint someone to provide warm, human support and to ensure that children, families and prisoners are treated with respect, dignity, courtesy and care. The post holder will help support the delivery of an efficient visits booking service using the following methods: telephone, face to face and email system to book visits for family/visitors, provide the booking-in service for visitors and to carry out the associated administration work.

Applicants must be self-motivated, flexible and confident with excellent communication skills and enjoy working within a small team.
