As a member of the Carer Support Team at the Carers’ Resource you will ensure that the Carers’ Resource offers a warm welcome to carers, those in need of care and support and the professionals who work with them. You will be the first point of contact for professionals - taking referrals and provide a comprehensive data input service. You will maintain the information resource and be responsible for it being up to date across the organisations. You will have a good telephone manner and be able to remain calm under pressure.
