Full time 37 hours per week - part time considered (minimum 30 hours)
Salary £28,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience (pro rata for part time)
This is an exciting opportunity to join our high performing charity taking responsibility for all our services in Skipton. You will work with a team of Service Managers and Support Co-ordinators to deliver personalised services to our customers and develop and improve service delivery. You will also join our strategic Senior Management Team, helping to shape the future of the organisation.
What is involved?
You will be required to build good relationships with service commissioners (Local Authority and NHS) to promote Avalon services and build on our excellent reputation. Setting business development targets and monitoring achievements is key to this role, together with the necessary drive and commitment to actively generate new business.
As Registered Manager you will be responsible for CQC compliance within the locality, and must have experience of working at a management level within a social care environment with a demonstrable working knowledge of relevant legislation and social care standards.
Excellent IT skills and use of a vehicle for business use are essential.
