This role is to identify, engage and carry our blood pressure checks for members of the Bradford population to support the early diagnosis of hypertension.

The Hypertension Outreach is funded by the NHS to test and diagnose high blood pressure in people, focusing on those who may be at risk due to poor lifestyle factors, illness and disease

The successful candidate will also have excellent interpersonal skills and the energy and persistence to secure opportunities to carry our blood pressure testing activities at scale.
