Contracts Manager

Bradford VCS Alliance (BVCSA) is a newly formed organisation, specifically developed to support the VCS engage with Health and Social Care commissioning in Bradford and District; moreover we will be expected to engage with our two local Accountable Care Systems as they develop.

We are seeking to appoint two new members to our team!

Contracts Manager
Reporting to the Programme Lead, key elements of the post will be to develop and manage health and wellbeing contracts and grants contracted and delivered via BVCSA, to develop, maintain and manage relationships with a wide range of delivery partners, to support a diverse marketplace as a resource pool for contract delivery and responsibility for ensuring that contracts of BVCSA are delivered in line with contract specifications and to a high standard.

We are initially seeking someone who can work for 28 hours per week, with a view to increase to full-time as our contracts increase. In return we offer a salary of £26,000 (pro rata) (£20,800 actual) and 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata) and a pension contribution of up to 5% (in line with the Pensions Regulator).

Applicants need to be able to travel across Bradford District and Craven and to work flexibility to meet the needs of the programme.

Project Support Worker
Reporting to the Programme Lead and working closely with the Contracts Manager this post will provide support to the Programme Lead in administering BVCSA, taking the lead in developing internal processes, marketing and communications and events organisation.

We are initially seeking someone who can work for 14 hours per week, with a view to increasing the hours as demand increases within the staff team. In return we offer a salary of £18,500 (pro rata) (£7,400 actual) and 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata) and a pension contribution of up to 5% (in line with the Pensions Regulator). We welcome applications from part-time staff currently working in the VCS in Bradford as the hours for this post are very flexible.
