Service Manager, Survive and Thrive (Children and Families Team), Bradford

Grade 4 (lower): £34,373 – £38,353 per annum FTE (£27,498 - £30,682 per annum)

29.6 hours per week

Bradford Survive and Thrive is an exciting and innovative new multi-agency partnership bringing together 3 organisations , Family Action, Staying Put and Women’s Centre Limited who are working together to develop a one system approach to families affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence.

Family Action are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead on the delivery of an innovative Systemic, Trauma Informed Children’s Service, overseeing delivery and supporting planning whilst ensuring that frontline staff have the appropriate training and support to deliver evidence based interventions that strengthen attachment, reduce trauma symptoms, provide psycho-educative support for parents and play opportunities for children in supported accommodation. The service also ensures that families are linked in to universal and targeted services locally, where additional support is required.

The Service Manager will also play a key role in strategic development, working with Survive and Thrive partners, commissioners and the domestic abuse and sexual violence leads in the district, to ensure a joined up approach to the delivery  and development of  services across the Bradford District.
