Based in Shipley, plus home working

Engaging and Supporting the thousands of unpaid carers across the District the postholder will be part of the senior leadership team of a dynamic and flexible organisation that is committed to making a difference. 

The successful candidate will have significant management experience in a number of settings, detailed knowledge of managing contracts and wide experience of managing dispersed staff teams.  They will bring enthusiasm, drive and a strong desire to provide the best possible service at all times.  An understanding  of how the voluntary sector operates and its interface with statutory bodies is essential, as is the ability to successfully manage projects and engage the users of our services.
