Staying Put are part of Bradford Survive and Thrive, an exciting and innovative new multi-agency partnership bringing together 3 organisations, Family Action, Staying Put and Women Centre, who are working together to develop a ‘one system approach’ to families affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence.

Staying Put’s vision is to lead the way in quality service provision to victims of abuse and violence, to remove the barriers that prevent people from speaking out and seeking help.

To live in a world free from abuse and violence, to be the change and inspire others to follow our example.

Following a period of recent growth, we have a number of exciting new opportunities within our organisation.

Staying Put Trustees

Voluntary basis with approx. 7 meetings per year

We are in an exciting period of growth and we are actively seeking new Board Members, with a particular interest in the following skill areas:

· Experience with HR and legal matters

· Marketing and social media

· Experience of income generation and fundraising

· Commercial/business development skills

· An ability to influence and create relationships with key stakeholders in Health and Adult/Children Social Care

· Equality and Diversity

New Board Members will be joining a Board with energy and expertise in many areas, who work with and support the Charity’s Leadership team to achieve the growth and sustainability required to meet the needs of our beneficiaries.

The position of Board Members is voluntary and unpaid; however, any reasonable out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed.
