3 x Advice Worker Posts (Fixed Term Contract for 6 Months), Salary SCP 17 £24,491 Pro rata for 6 Months, 37 hours per week

West Bowling Community Advice & Training Centre have been successful in gaining funding from the Coronavirus Community Support Fund, distributed by The National Lottery Community Fund. We are looking for 3 x Advice Workers to provide a comprehensive and professional Advice Service to the local community. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality advice and casework services to users. As an advisor, you will provide advice, guidance, support and information in the areas of debt, housing, employment, consumer issues and maximising income of client’s, who are often in a distressed state. You will also signpost and/or refer service users internally and externally for further advocacy and support.
