We are now in the exciting phase of growing our services to offer care and support to young people aged 14-17yrs old, with two home units each offering support for up to two young people in each home. Our aim is to create a nurturing home environment that enables the young people in our care to learn, grow, feel safe and live happy and fulfilled lives, now and in the future.

We offer an extensive training programme to all staff and encourage and support personal and professional development.

Salary: £18,200 pro rata (£10 per hour)

Location: Bradford (Multiple Sites)

Hours: 3 Shifts on 4 off / 4 Shifts on 3 off (Waking Nights)

Contract term: Permanent

Requirements

  • Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or Equivalent
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
  • 1 years’ experience of working with looked after children /vulnerable children or in a residential care setting
