A new project has been launched to help find hidden carers in Bradford.
A provable community development background is required, alongside evidence of the knowledge of caring. The ability to connect, form effective partnerships at many different levels including on the ground with informal community groups too large providers is essential.
The posts will work in partnership with the Carers Resource Locality teams, to engage with a wide range of community groups, organisations and providers.
The roles demand the ability and skill to strike up effective working partnerships, referral pathways, and a keen ability to present complex information to a wide range of our audiences.
