Together Women is looking for an outstanding Centre Manager to run our busy, vibrant women center in Bradford where you will provide strategic oversight and operational management of a range of services ensuring quality standards are consistently met, staff are effectively managed, partnerships are established and maintained and budgets are appropriately managed. You will manage the Bradford elements of organisational wide contracts including the WY Female Offender Services. 

Excellent interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and the confidence to manage a wide range of contracts are key attributes we are seeking, as is proven experience of working with project management methodologies and processes. Supported by the West Yorkshire Area Manager you will work alongside the senior management team to develop and implement the charities strategic business plan and contribute to the effective leadership of the organisation.us and working to better empower women. 

We are looking for people who will instill a culture of continuous improvement, through dialogue with our customers, staff, and stakeholders and share the values of our organisation in supporting vulnerable women.
