  • Health & social care, level 2 & 3
  • Cleaning, level 2 & 3
  • Team leading, level 2
  • Management, level 3 & 5 (level 5 is not funded)

"We are currently delivering the apprenticeship framework, which consists of a Diploma NVQ (knowledge & performance), and Functional skills, Maths and English and in some cases ICT. The duration of the programmes is 12 to 18 months."

Important changes

"In April 2017, there will be major changes to the delivery of apprenticeships and funding. The new apprenticeship standards, and the apprenticeship levy will be introduced which will have a major impact on employers. Skills for Work will be offering 'the complete package' to support employers with the recruitment, finance and delivery of apprenticeships when the changes take place."
