The Bradford Deaf Centre, 25 Hallfield Road, has been used by D/deaf people to meet and socialise with each other since 1896.
Now, however, it is also used by a variety of voluntary organisations which include churches, a sports and social club, the Bradford Gamers Society, British Sign Language courses, an Over 55 Club and Monday Morning Mingle group, and a women-only group. We have plenty of activities including arts and crafts!
We have our own car park, a disabled parking bay immediately outside the building and a ramp entrance area, all monitored by CCTV to ensure visitor safety.
Our facilities also include a full size catering kitchen and a games room with two full size snooker tables. We have various sized rooms, all of which are available to hire for functions or meetings.
