Description:

The United Sikh Association for the Elderly is based in the the building of Indian Workers Association on Leeds Road, Bradford BD3 8LJ. We welcome people from different communities but mainly Sikh community.
Our Centre serve all elderly people and we organise all activities which can help elders to keep fit, reduces isolation and stress, feel respected and valued and provide them very friendly environment. Every day is filled with some sort of physical exercise then they can have social time together with their friends.
We also have separate women group and they do physical activities and fun activities to keep their minds occupied and feel safe and welcomed in our day Centre.
