How to contact: The GEM project offers a variety of activities to older people over 50. On Tuesday mornings (9-11.30) we offer a local supermarket access bus to the supermarket and home again, supporting clients with their independence. On Thursday (10am-1pm) activities include: indoor bowls, crafts, adapted table tennis, gentle exercise, nail painting, puzzles/crosswords, a home cooked meal. £3.50 for lunch.

Description:

The work of BD4 Community Trust is currently split into two projects, BD4 Family and Gems, each of which contributes to improving the quality of life for the residents of East Bowling in Bradford and beyond. It has become a well-respected organisation providing high quality services to young and old within the BD4 area.
