 2x Families First/ Early Help Key Workers at JAMES in South Bradford.

South post is 22 hours per week.

Keighley post is 22 to 37.5 hours

Families First in Bradford has been set up to implement the Government's Troubled Families Programme and our current contract is until 2018 although we expect this to continue.

It is essential the candidates have valuable experience of working with families and can assess and plan in partnership with parents, children and young people.

You must be able to work within a team co-operatively with excellent communication skills and self-motivation. You should have experience of working with issues of mental health, drugs and alcohol, domestic violence and/or Anti Social Behaviour in a child and/or family setting. You must be able to set clear measurable targets for change with families and keep up to date and thorough plans and records of intervention.

You will be working in a multi agency service which draws on the skills and expertise of a range of partners.  We are seeking people who are committed to making a real difference to families within the South or Keighley areas of Bradford district.

Must have a full driving license including business use. DBS enhanced check will be carried out.

£18,560 - £20,456 pro rata dependent on experience (per annum)
