This year's Bradford & District Disability History Month 2019 event will be held on Thursday 5th December, 11:30am - 3pm at the Bradford Hotel, Hall Ings.Bradford, BD1 5SH.

The Bradford & District Disabled People's Forum (BDPF) in conjunction with Sovereign Health Care will be hosting the Sovereign Health Care Awards for a third year and we want your nominations!

There are five categories:

1. Best Practice in Employment of Disabled People

2. Made a Difference Award

3. Health and Wellbeing Award

4. Organistions or Community Groups - Made a Difference Award

5. Disabled Person of the Year Award
