Cycling for Carers. Would you like to ride a bike? 

Whether you're a complete beginner, a bit out of practice or a keen cyclist, our qualified cycling tutors will get you cycling safely. Enjoy the fresh air and improve your skills in our friendly and encouraging carer sessions. 

Cycling sessions are FREE for Bradford adult carers!  Bikes, helmets and all equipment provided. Sessions run for an hour and a half 10am - 11.30am every Friday

Please note we will be following Covid safety guidelines.
