Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled project manager with proven experience of managing therapeutic services for children and their families. You will lead on the design, delivery and development of innovative services with responsibility for the line management and supervision of a team of therapeutic practitioners. You will oversee the delivery of the DART (Domestic Abuse Recovering Together) group work programme in partnership with the Bradford Early Help Hubs and supervise Family Action project workers delivering holistic assessments and therapeutic interventions to children and their families who have experience trauma and Loss.
You will be self motivated, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to provide high quality reflective supervision. You will have considerable knowledge of domestic abuse, sexual abuse and bereavement and the impact of trauma and loss on families. You will have a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds, be creative and resourceful, with the ability to make complex decisions and solve problems in collaboration with staff, volunteers and service users. Ideally you will have experience of delivering and supervising group work and /or evidence based therapeutic interventions.
