Senior Skills Mentor (Post Reference SSM0218) – Autism First, Shipley – Full time, salary £17,500 - £21,000 per annum – We require an individual to be trained to ensure our members can access our autism specific learning programme on a daily basis. To support, empower and encourage members to progress with their identified goals and develop skills that lead to increased independence. To provide flexible and responsive support and encouragement to the staff to enable them to conduct themselves in a professional manner. This role will be to support the Site Manager and Service Coordinators in the delivery of the service and to ensure two way open communication at all times.
