You will be required to work occasionally after 5.00pm.
You will be required to effectively operate the organisation’s payroll system, ensuring staff are paid accurately and on time.
You will support the development of the organisation’s HR information system as well provide general HR advice and take minutes of HR/Organisational meetings.
You will support the organisation’s recruitment process, ensuring it runs efficiently and to specific timescales. You will support the HR/Admin staff to provide an excellent service to staff, management and service users. You will need to have experience of effectively operating payroll systems, administering recruitment and taking accurate minutes. The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills effective organisational skills and be able to plan and meet deadlines, as well as work under pressure.
