Service Manager

Mind in Bradford is looking for an exceptional and committed individual to join its leadership team as Service Manager – Guideline and Sanctuary. This role is key to the successful delivery of our new strategy, which is to promote mental well-being and empower and help people experiencing mental health problems to manage and work towards recovery and fulfilment.

The Service Manager will take overall operational responsibility for the development and delivery of innovative and client focussed crisis and helpline services in line with the organisation’s strategy and funding partners’ KPIs. They will be a role model to staff and will provide leadership, effective management, supervision and support. They will help Mind in Bradford to become a key and respected organisation within the system of Mental Health and Wellbeing provision in the Bradford, Wharfedale, Airedale, and Craven communities
