Having experience and knowledge of the health and social care sector, the post-holder will focus on equipping people over 55 including carers, with the skills and confidence to use digital means to communicate with others.
You will assist with marketing the project and generating your referrals. Training and supporting volunteers will be a key part of the role as well as running group training and support sessions for older people.
