Admin & Data Officer

We are recruiting for a part-time Admin & Data Officer who will be responsible for:
• Providing efficient administrative and data support to the scheme and the Board of Trustees as required.

To be successful for this role, you will be:
• An experienced Admin and Data Officer (or similar role) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Able to ensure an efficient, accurate and confidential record keeping and filing system, including data collection and collation
• You will be organised, self-motivated, proactive and able to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
• Able to work flexibly carrying out general and varied office duties as required and responsible for ensuring supplies of stationery and office equipment are maintained
• You will have a minimum qualification of GCSE Maths and English and will have a solid knowledge of Windows Office suite including Excel

You will be based in our Thornbury office but with some flexibility to work in our Keighley office as required. This is a part-time role but there is the opportunity for this role to be combined with the current vacant Finance Officer role for the right candidate. This post is for a fixed term 6 month contract with a view to extending, subject to funding and successful probationary period of 6 months. A basic DBS check is required.
