The Stronger Families project is an employment project, funded by both the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund via a 2 year grant. The grant holder is Leeds City Council and Touchstone is one of a large number of partners (or subcontractors) who are involved in delivering the project.

The Stronger Families project will support over 1000 people across Leeds and Bradford to re-engage with work. Together we will improve confidence and independence, thus creating stronger families and improved outcomes for children.

Touchstone brings a specialism in BME (black and minority ethnic) communities and mental health to the Stronger Families partnership. Touchstone’s Mental Health Workers will be based in Bradford. They will support family members (who may be aged 15 right through to older people) through individual and group support.
