24 hour post - salary £26,499 Pro Rata based on 35 hr post

HALE is an award-winning charity working in Bradford. Our mission is to improve health where there is greatest need, by creatively engaging with local communities and empowering people to make better choices about their health and wellbeing.

We are looking for someone with managerial and strategic experience who can lead our Community Connectors into an exciting new phase.

Our Community Connectors’ provide a service that through short term interventions links isolated people with community activities that improves their health and wellbeing. If you are passionate about making a difference, have managerial experience and know how to make things happen, then please consider this post.
