£18,200 p/a pro rata + 5% pension

This post is a temporary post 12 hours a week (£6240 per annum) until March 2019

This role is to promote the Warms Homes Healthy People Programme and provide support and advice to those who may be at risk of fuel poverty, isolation and ill health over the winter.

The Hypertension Outreach is funded by the NHS to test and diagnose high blood pressure in people, focusing on those who may be at risk due to poor lifestyle factors, illness and disease

The successful candidate will also have excellent interpersonal skills and the energy and persistence to secure opportunities to carry our blood pressure testing activities at scale.
