We have a great opportunity to join our Finance team as Finance & Performance Business Partner.

Job Purpose
Provide effective management of MHA’s management accounting and performance reporting activities. Ensure there are policies, processes and controls in place to safeguard MHA’s assets, represent best practice and value for money, and comply with all financial reporting, regulatory and legislative requirements. Ensure MHA operates to the highest standards of compliance and probity. Ensure there is appropriate control and monitoring of the day-to-day financial activities of the organisation.

Responsible for
The direct line management of the Finance & Performance Officer and Property & Performance Officer. Together with the Director of Finance and the Senior Finance Business Partner, the effective delivery of all aspects of financial service provision to the Association and its stakeholders. Specific responsibility for all aspects of management accounting, ledger and sub-ledger management, budget setting, property administration, including rent and service charge setting, and customer insight. Responsible for defined elements of the Finance Budget, e.g. utilities, insurance, rent & service charge income.
