NCS Project Manager

• Works with EFL, The Challenge, NCS Trust and designated Schools to co-ordinate and deliver the NCS programme in Calderdale
• Attends conferences, meetings and training in order to cascade this down to staff team
• Delivers Assemblies, recruitment events for young people, Parents evenings, keep warm events, sign up & follow up sessions
• Prepare project and activity plans, timetables, risk assessments to meet contractual needs ensuring that appropriate recording/evaluation are utilised.
• Ensures Salesforce database is updated/correct
• Contributes to programmes within a residential setting, co-ordinating accommodation and other logistics as appropriate
• Plan delivery & book external agencies and ordering resources
• Manage budget for the programme
• Ensure participants of programme/parents receive information relevant to programme
• Liaise with participants/parents
• Risk assess third part venues and third party delivery partners on relevant paperwork
• Manage and review safeguarding/incident/accidents ensuring reported to Brathay and recorded on EFL Matrix and filing Level 1,2 and 3 incidents on Salesforce
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Officer and Base Contact when programmes being delivered
• Provide cover for delivery staff when needed
• Delivers training to staff team
• Ability to liaise with partner organisations/Charities to deliver Social Action opportunities
• Ensure full close down of programmes on Salesforce
