4 Life delivers a range of services supporting people to improve their lifestyle to reduce risks associated with poor diet and low physical activity levels. You could be part of delivering a range of provision including:
1. Cook and Eat programmes
2. Physical Activities for adults/ children e.g. aerobics/ walking/ exercise to music/ EXTEND
3. Lifestyle Coaching
All applicants must have completed Level 2 Nutrition training and have a relevant qualification to lead a physical activity
