The Community Logistics Manager (CLM) plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the NCS programme, bridging the relationships between our core staff team, seasonal staff teams and our accommodation providers (usually a university campus).
You will be the key contact for seasonal staff in the second phase of the NCS programme, responsible for logistics of the programme and providing a safe and high quality experience for the young people participating. You'll work alongside or in some cases take over from the Programme Leader and inspire teams & seasonal staff to make a real difference in their communities.
This fully residential role will involve evening and weekend work. You'll have free 'live-in' accommodation and food for the duration of the role.
