Keeping Healthy, Keeping Active is a role designed to support older people living in Scholemoor and beyond by providing opportunities to take part in exercise, socialise and meet friends and enjoy a healthy meal. The project will build on the work that we are already doing here and will bring it to a wider audience.

We are looking for someone who can relate to older people and is a good listener. They also need to be a car driver and prepared to collect older people andb be a good home cook as well. There are a team of volunteers that support the work and also other staff at the centre.
