We are recruiting for a Housing Support Worker to join the STAY in Grattan service, based in Bradford. The Housing Support Worker will be responsible for managing a caseload, providing appropriate support based on the needs and risk assessment and support planning. They will be supporting their caseload to find longer-term accommodation, assisting clients in the practical and emotional aspects of maintaining their accommodation and liaising with any other support network the client may have. Clients are supported to establish and maintain an independent positive lifestyle.
