The Jigsaw Visitors’ Centre has a vacancy in our social enterprise The Gatehouse Restaurant, and Coffee Shop.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative person with entrepreneurial skills in the catering industry for further develop this unique facility based outside HMP Leeds
This person will be responsible for managing all areas of kitchen activity including managing a small team of staff, volunteers including vulnerable adults and their training, food ordering, production and service, cleaning and due diligence, stock taking, costing and profit control.
