Creative and Wellbeing Projects Manager

30 hours per week £21,176 NJC SO1 Spine Point 29 (FTE £26,470)

Pioneer Projects is a Creative Community Arts organisation that delivers impactful creative and wellbeing focused activity across Craven from its idyllic base in Bentham, North Yorkshire.

We are looking for a confident, organised and can-do individual, who understands the power of creativity to impact on individual and community wellbeing, especially for the most vulnerable. 

You will need sound project management skills, the ability to support and inspire a small staff team and a real drive to deliver positive outcomes for those we support. You will also understand some of the challenges of delivering effective activity in a rural area like Craven.

Responsible to the Strategic Director and working alongside the Operations Manager, you will be equally comfortable helping shape and deliver the organisation’s Strategic agenda or getting your hands dirty, mucking in on sessions and leading by example.
