We have a fantastic opportunity for a Retail Manager, to work in our retail outlets across the Bradford West area, with occasional travel to other shops across the District.
The Retail Manager will ensure that our retail outlets gain maximum income for the charity, ensuring that all retail functions are implemented effectively, providing a high standard of customer and donor experience, whilst also supporting and supervising a team of volunteers.
This is a key front line role within the Retail Team and will be responsible for ensuring that the Charity’s retail outlets provide the best possible service and choice to our customers. The post holder will work as part of a wider district team to implement retail plans at a local level, working towards achieving sales and other targets.
The post holder will have a strong commitment to customer service as well as experience of working within retail and working to sales targets. Experience of the charity sector and managing volunteers would be advantageous.
Full driving licence required and access to a car as travel throughout the District may be required for this role.
Salary £16,562.99 per annum
37 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Sunday - 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
