Keyworker- Supporting Families Against Youth Crime £20,430- £23,545 (FTE) – 16 hours per week
Bradford is one of 21 Local Authority Areas to receive funding through the Troubled Families programme for tackling youth crime. This fund will bring together VCS keyworkers, police, targeted Early Help, community groups, teachers and other professionals to intervene earlier to help stop young people from becoming drawn into crime, serious violence and entering the youth justice system. This locality based model is an extension of the existing VCS Families First partnership in Bradford.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic, experienced individual to deliver coordinated responses for 6-13 year olds and their families through a Keyworker service working in a multiagency approach to support a caseload of Children, Young People and Families at risk of or involved in Criminal Activity.
