The Cellar Trust - Senior Administrator
We are looking for an experienced professional with extensive administration experience to support our HR and governance requirements. The role requires the provision of excellent administration and clerical support in a fast paced and complex environment. We are looking for someone ideally with experience working in human resources, although this is not essential, who is proactive, highly organised and confident working independently in a busy working environment. You must have excellent IT skills, be able to handle sensitive information confidentially, and have strong attention to detail.
As a value driven mental health charity we are also looking for someone who is passionate about mental health and making a difference and who is able to work sensitively with our clients and staff.
You will cover a range of HR administration including, but not limited to, supporting recruitment, induction, training, processing DBS checks, producing reports for senior management, administering contracts and managing our online HR management system. You will also provide administrative support for the Board of Trustees including coordinating meetings, taking minutes and supporting Board recruitment and induction.
