Local Carer Worker, Bradford District

Bradford East: 1 post (24 hours)

Bradford West: 1 post (37 hours)

Bradford West: 1 x fixed term maternity cover 29 hours.

You will work closely with adult carers, listening, advising and supporting them. The role includes the provision of information, signposting, doing wellbeing reviews and identifying actions needed, emergency planning, benefits and financial choices, advocacy. The Local Carer Worker will be working in the office, working in the local community and in carer homes.
