Direct Support Worker (Stronger Families)

Home-Start Bradford District are recruiting for a part-time (21 hours/week) Direct Support Worker to work directly with families referred through the Stronger Families programme in Bradford, working alongside parents to deliver time-limited targeted support in their homes centred on single issues including bedtime routines, mealtimes, home conditions, boundaries and behaviours.
