The post holder will be responsible for the management of Bradford Hate Crime Alliance

You will require –

  • 2 years minimum "hands on" experience of working in community development in a leadership, management or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of organising and planning projects within a team, including target-setting, monitoring and review
  • Experience of working with diverse communities.
  • In-depth Knowledge of hate crime issues and how it affects communities.
  • Ability to compile reports and have excellent presentation skills.
  • A proven record of successfully pulling in funding to an organisation.
