We're looking for a compassionate hard working individual to join our team.  

Salary: £20,495p.a.; £10.51 per hour; Hours: 37.5 hrs per week; Contract: Open ended; Clearance required: Enhanced DBS check

This exciting ‘Pathways out of Homelessness Worker’ post has been developed in partnership with and is partly funded by the Church Urban Fund and the Liz and Terry Bramall Foundation through Wellsprings.  We have also received grants from the Safer Communities Fund and National Lottery to provide outreach support for homeless EEA migrants with addiction issues and to connect clients into a range of social support.  As well as supporting our existing work this post enables us to further extend our services to provide further crisis and short-term interventions to a wider range of clients experiencing/or at risk of homelessness ensuring that clients accessing our services develop skills and resilience to live a sustainable life.
