Carers tell us that they need a break from their caring duties.Successful breaks can vary from a period of respite in residential care to a couple of hours doing something for themselvesThese posts will build on the many successful groups for carers currently facilitated by Carers’ Resource to offer a wider range of activities to suit the differing needs of carers.
Post holder will also develop and deliver seminars and sessions on topics identified by carers.Volunteers will be recruited and trained in order to ensure the sustainability of the groups going forward.
