Wellbeing Practitioner

The Extended Access Support Worker will deliver 1-1 interventions within Primary Care settings to individuals ranging from 11 years up to adulthood, seeking support for a broad range of mental health issues.

The role will play a key function in developing strong links across the district, to ensure that we are well positioned to connect our work with other organisations to both promote services and expand our reach into the community, leading to better support to our clients.

Salary scale: £11.75 per hour

Hours: 3 evenings per week 6pm-9.30pm (10.5 hours per week)

Location: Bradford-based Medical Centres

Responsible to: Service Manager

Annual Leave: 25 days pro-rata

Pension: We operate a contributory pension scheme which you will be auto-enrolled into (subject to the conditions of the scheme).

Probationary period: 6 months
