s/he will be responsible for delivering a re-housing and floating support service to our Hostel service users who are tenancy ready and are moving on into their own tenancies.  To work in the community at service users home addresses which could be anywhere in the Bradford area. Supporting service users who live at Bradford Cyrenians’ Homes 4 Life Scheme. Facilitating the setting up of tenancies including assessing service users for suitability, applying for  benefits, furnishing the property, reporting repairs, visiting the service users twice weekly and ensuring they adhere to the terms and conditions of their tenancy.

You will be highly motivated and have the passion, enthusiasm and commitment towards making a difference to the lives of vulnerable homeless people.
