The Welfare Support Worker supports the running of our Winter Shelter, our starter pack provision for people moving into tenancies, our participation in the Warm Homes Healthy People partnership providing bedding and food parcels and our work with Acts435 supporting individuals in crisis. The role provides continuity of care for our guests and support in organising our welfare-focused provision.

The role is an average of 20 hours per week, for an initial fixed term of 1 year (with the aim of continuing, subject to funding). Evening and weekend working is required over the winter months. Salary is £20,085 per annum pro rata (£10,712), plus pension contributions.
